Large drawers are like pull-out shelving. Drawers in one cabinet share the overhead tracks and pull-out towards the opposite cabinet exposing several-tiers of storage.

Optical Lens Gemtrac features: Lens drawers have 16 welded shelves with wire bookends that store 480 lens boxes per drawer Laps drawers have wire inserts that store 460 various size laps per drawer. Each polishing lap is stored horizontal, sloping back 10 degrees, supported by the common width tang on the bottom. Inventory number faces outward for easy identification. Patented overhead track system results in reduced installation and relocation cost; and, “no hazard” clear aisles Gemtrac units can be installed over carpet without floor preparation Stored items are accessible within one footstep and one arm’s reach; High density storage capacity of 5,760 lens boxes or 5,520 polishing laps in only 30 square feet Cases are 79-1/4” H with 12 drawers (six drawers per cabinet) Cases are shipped pre-assembled; time and expense for installation and relocation are minimal compared to mobile shelving Optional security locks available
